From the dashboard, you can view candidate details and how each candidate fits with the current team and/or meets specific hiring needs. To view the list of candidates for a particular role/ assessment – click on the relevant assessment under the Assessments panel on the Team Dashboard.
From here, you can click on ‘EDIT CRITERIA’ and use the FitScore Formula Dashboard to evaluate which candidates are the best fit based on one or more of the following:
- Fit to individual team member
- Degree of Diversity (Similar or Different)
- Pre-Defined Custom Templates (Role templates or PerectProfiles)
- Specific Personality Traits (Enthusiastic, Inventive, etc.)
- Resolve a Problem Areas (Efficiency, Teamwork, Communication, etc.)
This configuration makes it easier to see what potential candidates will best fit with and enhance your team.
For example, if the candidate will be working closely with a specific team member, then checking fit with this individual will ensure the selected candidate is able to work well with them.
Alternatively, if your team is struggling with being efficient, then a candidate may need to offer qualities capable of enhancing or encouraging efficiency within the team.
The FitScore Formula determines what factors are used to check fit for a candidate. In the example below a Role Template has been chosen.
Each candidate's FitScore shows how well they fit with the team. A higher number means they are a better match based on the specified criteria and a lower number indicates they are probably not as good a match and may not be the right hiring choice for meeting the defined team needs.
Additional information about each candidates personality can be viewed from the Candidate Dashboard by clicking on the candidate name.
The Strengths Card represents each candidate's Persona blend. This is the top three personas that the candidate is most closely aligned to.
The Psychometric Profile spider chart shows how the candidates personality fits with the team.
Whew, that was a lot of information! Why does this kind of information matter when hiring to fill a team position or to make improvements to the team as a whole? Without the right information, it is hard to hire someone who is able to do the following:
- Work Well with Other Team Members
- Provide Benefits to the Team
- Remain Satisfied with their Position
- Remain a Long-Term Employee
Additionally, an unsuccessful hire takes up a lot of time and resources. Knowing how well a potential candidate fits with the team and your needs reduces the risk of high turnover, dissatisfied employees, wasted time, and wasted money.

This information is derived from the candidate's answers during completion of the Unique Strengths Assessment along with any additional quizzes they may have completed. It is available for each candidate and can be accessed from the Candidate Dashboard.
Several areas are covered within the Personality Guide to help you make the best hiring decision. It will show how the candidate's personality fits with your team, the selected template, or the general population.
For each position, a candidate may need to have a similar or different personality along with specific key traits. In this example below, the candidate has similar overall personality traits compared to the selected job template's psychometric profile.
The Personality Report will be broken down to show detailed candidate information. For each work style section, the report provides information on the candidate's work style based on their own personality. In this example, this candidate is very sociable and outgoing when interacting with others.
