Build Effective Teams
With Good&Co Pro, you can effectively build, manage, and understand each team as they grow, change, and evolve.
Team building is a continuous process that involves assessing the current state of your team, identifying areas of improvement, and then hiring individuals who are able to fill gaps or improve the team as a whole.
A team will evolve as new members are added or members leave. This means that the assigned company persona and individual team member roles will change as well.
As team members are added and complete their Unique Strengths Quiz, they will be given a FitScore and Role within the team.
This information is helpful in determining the member's strengths, key personality traits, and overall fit to the team.
Identify Team Strengths and Weaknesses
The Team Strengths and Team Wellness assessments are completed by the Team Lead and provide helpful insight into what is working and not working diagnostically for your team.
This information ensures the best decisions can be made when moving members between teams, removing team members, or hiring to fill available team positions.
The Team Strengths Assessment consists of 12 questions designed to help in identifying the Key Strengths for a team. After the assessment has been completed by the Team Lead, insights may be viewed and referenced at any time in Good&Co Pro.
This information can be used to identify areas where the team is doing very well. It also aids in identifying areas where weaknesses exist for the team.
The Team Wellness Assessment provides insight about a team's effectiveness as well as their ability to cooperate and solve problems. It consists of 17 questions and is completed by the Team Lead. This assessment can be used to identify areas where your team is struggling such as Teamwork, Communication, or Efficiency.
Once these areas have been identified, you can take measures to improve them within the existing team and when assessing new candidates. For example, if your team is not operating efficiently, then it would be worthwhile to assess candidates who are capable of improving this aspect of your team.
