Identify Team Strengths and Weaknesses
The Team Strengths and Team Wellness quizzes are completed by the Team Lead and provide helpful insight into what is working and not working diagnostically for your team.
This information ensures the best decisions when moving members between teams, removing team members, or hiring to fill available team positions.
The Team Strengths Quiz consists of 12 questions designed to help in identifying the Key Strengths for a team. After the quiz has been completed by the Team Lead, the detailed information may be viewed and referenced at any time in Good&Co Pro.
This information can be used to identify areas where the team is doing very well. It also aids in identifying areas where weaknesses exist for the team.
The Team Wellness Quiz provides insight about a team's effectiveness as well as their ability to cooperate and solve problems. It consists of 17 questions and is completed by the Team Lead. This quiz can be used to identify areas where your team is struggling such as Teamwork, Communication, or Efficiency.
Once these areas have been identified, you can take measures to improve them within the existing team and when assessing new candidates. For example, if your team is not operating efficiently, then it would be worthwhile to assess candidates who are capable of improving this aspect of your team.
