Important: If you are initially setting up your company for Good&Co Pro, it is important to contact our team before referring to the checklist below. Our team at Good&Co will need to perform a few steps to properly set up your company before this checklist can be followed.
How To Determine If You Are a Company Admin?
If you signed up for Good&Co Pro to manage company teams, assessments, etc., then you should have the permissions of a Company Admin. Additionally, anyone with company admin permissions can assign a user with these permissions as well.
To see if you are the Company Admin, you will need to access and view your account settings within the application.
These can be accessed by logging into your Good&Co Pro account, expanding the Settings Menu, and clicking on Account Settings.
Company admins have an Admin Settings option within the account settings and have the ability to grant Company Admin Rights and Team Creator Rights to members.
