Team Engagement Surveys provide weekly feedback about team happiness and well being to identify issues early on. Your engagement overview will include actionable insights for your team, detailed data about each question and trends over time.
How to Enable Engagement Surveys
When enabling engagement surveys, each team member will be sent an email with instructions for completing the Baseline Survey.
Click on the Engagement within the Team Dashboard to access the option for enabling engagement surveys.
The Engagement Section will expand to show more information within the Team Dashboard. If engagement surveys have not been enabled, OFF will be displayed. To enable surveys, click on here.
If surveys are disabled, then the slider underneath Weekly Surveys will show OFF and appear gray. To enable team engagement surveys, click on the slider.
Once enabled, the slider will show ON in green. You will also see the weekly run time for the survey.
A message will also be provided at the bottom of the screen with additional information. An email will be sent when the first survey results are ready.
Note: Options in the left panel will not be available until data has been collected from the Baseline Engagement Survey.
