Creating Teams & Using the Team Dashboard
The first step toward gaining the full benefits of Good&Co Pro will be to create your first team. Teams consist of one or several members. Each member is invited to sign up and complete their Unique Strengths Quiz.
As members sign up and complete their quiz, their Social Role and FitScore information will be displayed in the Team Dashboard. Additional information can be viewed here regarding the team including team quiz results and the overall team persona based on current team members.
Team Wellness Quiz
Once a team has been established, the Team Wellness Quiz can be used to determine the team's wellness challenge areas. The results of this quiz make it easier to implement measures to improve identified problem areas among the team and for filling gaps when hiring candidates.
Candidate Assessments allow you to set up an open position and invite existing team members or new candidates to be considered for the position. You can set up a FitScore Formula to determine which candidates are the best fit and review personality reports per member to make the interview process more fruitful!
The Candidate Dashboard provides a good overview of how potential candidates fit with the current team and members. Each candidate will have a FitScore, which is more than a reflection of similarity and also the only score where a higher score is considered better.
Each candidate will be displayed along with their FitScore, based on the configured FitScore Formula. Candidates may be shortlisted, archived, and searched from the dashboard. By clicking on a displayed candidate, you can also view additional information including the individual's:
- Number of Completed Quizzes
- Strength Card
- Psychometric Profile
- Personal Details
- Personality Guide
Note: The Personality Guide provides great insight into the candidate's personality and interview questions you can ask the candidate!
The FitScore Formula provides an easy way to to filter candidates based on certain defined criteria. The selected options in this formula will play a role in each candidates FitScore displayed in the Candidate Dashboard.
This formula consists of five sections, which may be enabled or disabled as needed to properly assess candidates for an open role on the team. The formula is broken down into these choices:
- Fit To Individual Member - Select an existing team member.
- Role Template - Select a predefined role template or PerfectProfile (Enterprise Only).
- Team Diversity - Use the slider to choose how similar or different the candidate should think when compared to the team.
- Traits - Select a trait that the candidate should have to be hired (Enthusiastic, Inventive, etc.).
- Resolve a Problem Area - This section can only be used if the Team Wellness Quiz has been completed by the team manager. It can be used to select a specific wellness problem area or to improve overall wellness.
Note: The slider may be used to enable or disable a section in the FitScore Formula. More than one section can be enabled at a time.
Employee Engagement Surveys provide a way to obtain a base measure of a teams engagement level. This is done by having each team member complete a 30 question baseline survey. Weekly surveys are then sent every Monday.
These surveys allow you to track employee engagement over time, review problem areas, and implement measures for improving this factor among the team. As employees continue to take the weekly surveys, you can monitor the effects of changes in regards to implemented improvement measures.
Note: Please note that as we are constantly updating the product, some of the screens may have changed.
