Good&Co Pro is billed on a subscription basis using your credit card on a monthly basis. We use a 3rd party service, Stripe, to handle our billing. Good&Co does not store your billing information.
CustomEnterprise plans are handled through our customer teams. Contact them by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to discuss your team needs.
How do I change from a Business Plan to an Enterprise Plan?
In order to change from a Good&Co Pro to an Enterprise, you must contact the customer team at email@example.com. They will be happy to help you.
How can I change my billing information?
You may change your billing setting by going to your Account Settings (if you are the person who pays), and selecting Billing. You then can click on Update your billing information, and you will be asked to confirm.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings (if you are the person who pays), and selecting Billing. You then can click on Cancel, and you will be asked to confirm.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
You subscription will cancel at the end of your billing period. After the end of the period, your account will be disabled. You will still be able to access your information, but you will not be able to perform any actions. You can alway resubscribe with either plan.
My payment was declined. Now what?
If your payment is declined, our processor has detected a problem. You can go back to your Billing settings and change your information. Your card will be tried 3 times and after that you account will be disabled.
