Archived Assessment - An Assessment that is no longer active (most likely because the vacancy has been filled by a successful candidate).
Candidate FitScore - This column in the Job Opening screen shows a candidate’s overall fit to the existing team – this is based both on existing team member’s personalities and also how closely a candidate matches to the desired Job Traits and Thinking Style.
Candidate Report - This in-depth report provides greater detail about an individual’s personality profile and work styles. It also contains suggested interview questions based on the candidate’s quiz responses. (see also ‘Personality Guide’)
Dashboard - The Dashboard is the main view of a team that has been created in Good&Co Pro.
Fit to Team Lead - When viewing a candidate or team member’s Personal Details, this section shows how the individual compares to the Team Lead / manager on several elements of personality that are particularly relevant in the workplace.
FitScore with Manager - A candidate’s similarity to the team’s manager / Team Lead, in terms of their personality and values. A higher FitScore here indicates likely shared values, but is not necessarily better; it is important to consider a candidate’s similarity to the manager on specific areas such as organizational style, thinking style, interaction style etc. (see ‘Fit to Team Lead’).
FitScore (to team) - This FitScore show each person’s fit to the overall team – in other words, how closely aligned their personality is with those of all of the other team members.
Individual Persona (Personal Persona, Archetypes)- Individual Personas reflect users’ responses to the personality quizzes. Each user is allocated a blend of three Personas, which is a unique representation of an individual’s personality profile.
Job Opening - This option allows a Team Admin to create a job vacancy within a team. Here team leads can specify their preferences for candidates, such as what personality attributes and thinking style they would like a new team member to have. After creating a job opening, team leads invite candidates to take Good&Co quizzes, which then enables them to view the impact these candidates would have on the existing team, based on the candidate’s and team members’ personalities.
Job Traits (Matching Job Traits) - When creating a Job Opening, a Team Admin can select three key traits that are desirable in candidates. Once candidates have been added, this column will show which of these (if any) a candidate is especially high on. (Note: a candidate requires a very high level of these traits in order to be considered a ‘match’ – not matching does not necessarily mean a candidate does not possess the traits at all.)
PerfectProfile - This is an additional paid feature available when creating a Job Opening in Good&Co Pro. It allows a Team Admin to create a personality template for a specific job opening that is based on common traits of a selection of top performers already working in the same role within the organization. This then allows the Team Lead / Admin to compare the fit of each candidate to this custom-made template.
Personas - Personas are used to characterize individuals, teams and organizations.
Personality Guide (also see Candidate Report) - This in-depth report provides greater detail about an individual’s personality profile and work styles.
Psychometric Profile - This spider chart (in the Job Opening screen) shows how the selected candidate’s personality compares to the overall existing team.
Ready-Made Profile - Ready-made profiles are templates of the personality characteristics of people who tend do well in a particular job.
Skills - Users are able to add Skills to their profile; these will then appear under ‘Personal Details’.
Strength Card - This shows a user’s Persona blend: the top three Personas that they are most closely aligned to.
Strength Quiz - This is the first Good&Co quiz. A user new to Good&Co and Good&Co Pro will be asked to complete the quiz. If already completed, this area on the Dashboard will just show the user’s Strength Card based on their results. This is referring to whoever is logged in to Good&Co Pro as the Team Admin, whether this user is in the team or not.
Strength Words - These show some key characteristics of an individual based on their Persona blend.
Team Admin - A person with access to create and modify a particular team in Good&Co Pro (including job openings). Team Admins may or may not be members of the team. They can be added or removed in Settings.
Team Admin Rights - The access to create, manage and modify a particular team in Good&Co Pro, including job openings. Which user(s) have Admin Rights can be altered in Settings.
Team FitScore - This number represents the overall fit within an existing team, based on the similarities between team members’ personalities. An individual whose personality differs significantly from existing team members’ personalities would reduce the Team FitScore if they joined the team, whereas someone who is very similar to the team in terms of their personality (i.e. they answered the quizzes in a similar way to existing team members) would increase this.
Team Lead - The manager or Team Lead of the team being created. This can be, but does not have to be, the same person as the Team Admin, and will appear in the list of team members with a crown on his/her profile picture.
Team Persona - This reflects the overall culture within a team. The persona is based on the personalities of the existing team members. It is also influenced by the manager’s responses to the Team Quiz, if this is completed.
Team Profile - This area in the Dashboard shows the Team Persona (see ‘Person’ above), along with some strengths, weaknesses and team tactics based on three key areas: innovation, competitiveness and flexibility.
Team Quiz - A quiz for a manager / Team Lead to take about their team. Once completed, this can have an impact on the Team Persona.
Team Role - The natural role that a team member is likely to take on within their team, based on their personality and the personalities of their team members. As this is relative to others in the team, the same individual might take on a different role in a different team and, for the same reason, the roles assigned within a team can change when members are added or removed (see ‘Team Role Changes’ below).
Team Role Changes - In the Job Opening screen, an exclamation mark appears next to a candidate’s Team Role if they would cause any changes in the Team Roles of existing team members. Any such changes will be detailed in the information that appears on the right-hand side when the relevant candidate is selected.
Team Variance - This number represents the spread and distribution of personality traits within the team. The higher this score, the greater the diversity of personality among team members.
Team Wellness - This is a measure of how well a team is doing, as perceived by the team leader, against factors that are associated with effective and social teams. It uses our REACT model - Respect, Efficiency, Adaptability, Communication, and Teamwork.
Thinking Style - When creating a Job Opening, a Team Admin specifies whether they would prefer a candidate to think similarly or differently to existing team members. This choice will depend on the role that is being hired for and how effectively the existing team is functioning.
Work History - Users are able to enter their employment history when creating a Good&Co profile – or this may be automatically populated through a user’s LinkedIn account if they have connected it to their Good&Co profile. It is visible in the ‘Personal Details’ section within Good&Co Pro.
