An assessment may be managed and updated after it has been created in Good&Co Pro from the Assessments Screen. This article will show you how to manage assessments within Good&Co Pro after they have been initially created.

An assessment can be viewed and modified by clicking on See All Assessments in the bottom right of the Assessments Panel.
Note: Clicking on the Assessment Name within the Assessments Panel will take you to the Candidate Dashboard.
The following sections can be used to learn more about managing your assessments:
Changing the Assessment Name
You can change the name of an Assessment when viewing an Assessment within the Candidate FitScore Dashboard.
Click on an Assessment Name within the Team Dashboard to view an assessment within the Candidate FitScore Dashboard.
Next, click on Edit Assessment at the top of the Candidate FitScore Dashboard to rename the selected assessment.
Enter the new name for the assessment and then click on Save to save the change.
An assessment can be archived from the Assessments Screen. This screen may be accessed from the Team Dashboard by clicking on See All Assessments.
Note: When an assessment is archived, it will still appear in the Assessment Screen, but within the Archived Assessments section of the screen.An Archive Icon will appear next to each active assessment when you hover your mouse over the assessment. Click on this icon to archive the assessment.
A confirmation window will appear to ensure the assessment should be archived. Click on Archive to archive the assessment or Cancel to close the window without archiving it.
A message will be displayed to show the assessment was archived and you will be redirected to the Assessments Screen.
The assessment will now appear within the Archived Assessments section. Follow these same steps to archive another assessment.
Archived assessments may be viewed within the Assessments Screen. This screen may be accessed again from the Team Dashboard by clicking on See All Assessments.
Each archived assessment will appear within the Archived Assessments tab. Click on Make Active to the right of the desired assessment.
The assessment will then appear within the Active Assessments section. Any previous candidates will also be part of the assessment. This includes any added to the team when the assessment was previously archived.
