A Team can have many team members with each having their own unique personality traits. New team members may be added at any time. When a team member is added to Good&Co Pro, it may alter the following due to varying personality traits:
- Team Persona
- Team Members Social Roles
- Team Members FitScores

How to Invite a New Team Member
Inviting team members is easy in Good&Co Pro, whether you have just created a new team or have a new person joining an existing team. New team members may be invited in one of two ways:
Once the team member has been added or invited, they will be able to sign up, log in, and view information through the Teamwork App.
To view the appropriate team in the dashboard, click on the Team Menu and then select a team by clicking on the team’s name.
Next, click on the Add (+) option within the Team Members section to invite one or more members to the team.
The following pop-up window will be provided for inviting members to the team. The steps will vary depending on if the individual is already part of another team in the application or does not have an account.
Members may be invited by email or with a unique invitation link when they do not currently have a log in for Good&Co Pro.
Important: Please note that team members invited through the Team Dashboard will not have admin permissions. To learn how to invite team members as Admins, please see: Inviting Team Admins.
New users may be invited as a team member by using an email invite. More than one user may be be invited at a time.
Click on the entry field and begin typing to enter a team member's email address and then use the Enter Key on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can copy and paste an entire email list into this entry field.
You can add as many email addresses as need to the invite pop-up window. Use the X to remove an email address from this pop-up window. Click Send Invitation after all email addresses have been entered.
Invited team members will appear with their email address or name (existing team members) within the Team Dashboard until the invite has been accepted.
Click on the Plus (+) to the right of the invite email address and then click on the Send Reminder option to send them the invite again.
Note: If the team member should not have been invited, you may use the Trash Can to remove them from the team.
The team member will receive an invite for the entered email address containing the name of the person who invited them as well as the team name. Here they can click on the Let’s Get Started! option to create an account and sign in.
Doing so will redirect them to a the website where they are able to create an account by using their Facebook account, Google+ account, or via email. Once the account is created, they will be able to sign into the Teamwork App and take their first quiz!
New users may be invited as a team member by using a unique invitation link. To add members in this way, click on the Copy Unique Link option within the Invite Team Members pop-up window.
The invited team member will be redirected to a web page where they can accept the invite. This is done by creating an account (if one does not exist) and signing into the application. Once they have signed into the Teamwork App, they will be able to take quizzes and more!
