No teams will be present for your company when an account is first created and you will be prompted to create your first team after successfully logging into Good&Co Pro. More than one team can be present within the application and team members may belong to more than one team.
Each created team may be viewed and managed within the Team Dashboard and can have its own team manager, team members, assessments, and candidates. Additional teams may be created at any time by using the Create Team or Import Teams options within the Team Menu.

Creating a Team
To create a team, first click on the Team Menu and then click on the + Create Team option located at the bottom of the menu.
A pop-up window will appear on the screen and can be used to enter the new team's information. You will need to enter a Team Name and then select a Category (Business Development, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) for the team.
The “I am the team leader” option is checked by default and will make you the team lead for the team if left enabled. If you are only the admin and a different member will be the team lead, deselect this option prior to saving the team.
Click Save at the bottom of the pop-up window to finish creating the team. The team dashboard will be displayed for the new team.
If the option for team leader was unchecked, then the team will have no members. Otherwise, you will be the only team member listed for the team.
A crown will be present next to your name in the Team Dashboard to show that you are the team leader (i.e. manager). You will be redirected to the Team Dashboard after clicking on Save.
