The Team Dashboard consists of four easy-to-use panels for viewing and managing your teams, your assessments and your team information. Click on a link below to go to the section explaining each of these panels:
Assessments (Admins Only)
Candidate Assessments provide an easy way to invite, view, and manage candidates for a position that has opened up in the team. Assessments can be used to see how a candidate fits based on one or more factors configured within the FitScore formula. These factors include
- Fit to Individual Team Members
- Fit to Role Templates
- Team Diversity
- Team Personality Traits
- Team Wellness Problem Areas
The Assessments panel may be used to view current assessments, access a specific assessment, and to create new assessments for the team. It is only available to administrators who have access to the team.
If assessments have been created for the team they will be displayed in this section.
Note: If you are not an administrator, then a message will be displayed stating that it is not available.
When one or more assessments exist for a team, options are provided to view each. Click on an assessment in the panel to view more details within the Candidate FitScore Dashboard.
Click Create Assessment to create a new assessment for the team or click See All Assessments to access the Assessments Screen. This screen can be used to view and manage all assessments for a team.

Click on a social role for a team member to see a pop-up window with a description of the role and a potential strength and weakness. Use the X to close this window and return to the dashboard.
