Company Admins are able to assign company-wide admin rights, create teams, invite members, create assessments, invite candidates, and perform other actions.
Team Creators have similar rights, but only for specific teams. A team creator cannot assign company-wide admin rights.
A Company Admin or Team Creator can be invited from the admin settings. To access these settings, click on the Settings Menu, choose Account Settings, and then select Admin Settings within the left panel.
To invite an admin, click on Invite Admins at the top right of the Admin Settings. Within the pop-up window, you will need to choose between giving the user company admin or team creator rights. The rights are applied as soon as the invited user completes the sign up steps.
Click and type to enter the user's name or email address. If the entry matches a name for an existing user, then a selection menu will appear. For email addresses, you will need to use the Enter Key on the keyboard after typing the information.
Note: If a the email already exists in the system, then the name of the user will appear in red.
More than one user may be invited at once by entering each user’s email. Once finished, click Send Invitations to continue.
The invited member will appear in the Admins List. Options are provided for resending and revoking an invite after a user has been invited to be a Company Admin or Team Creator. These options can be found below the user’s email address within the Admin Settings.
Use the Resend Invite option for the team member to send the email again to the user. If for some reason the invite should not have been sent, click on the Revoke Invite option for the user. Once removed, the invited user will no longer appear within the Admin Settings.
