Good&Co Pro provides opportunities for streamlining the job opening and applicant selection process. You can also use Good&Co Pro to help teams become more successful by monitoring factors closely associated with team effectiveness and engagement.
How does it work? Good question! With Good&Co Pro, existing team members and new applicants are able to take quizzes to determine their strengths, both individually and compared with the team. Good&Co's proprietary assessment measures personality in the context of cultural fit – focusing on the elements of personality most relevant to workplace culture.

Sign-Up & Log In to Get Started!
To begin using Good&Co Pro, you will first need to sign up for a free trial and log in. If you have not done so, go to www.good.co (shown below) and complete the steps outlined in the following articles:
Create a Team
After signing up for an account, you will need create or import your first team. If you have an existing team within the Teamwork App, it may be imported to Good&Co Pro. Otherwise, the first step will be to create a new team. A team must be present to invite team members to take the personality quiz.
Invite Members to Your Team
Once a team has been created, you will be able to invite team members to sign up and take their personality quiz. Team members may be invited using a unique link or by email.
Team members will need to complete the quiz through our Teamwork App. This app can be accessed through www.good.co by logging in or downloaded through the Google Play or Apple Store on their smartphone.
Each team member will be prompted to take their Unique Strengths Quiz after creating an account. The results of this quiz are used provide insight into each members personality and what they bring to the team.
